of six personality types - Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social,
Enterprising and Conventional. He further proposed that, based on a person's
type preferences, they tend to choose personally-compatible work environments,
a sort of…."birds of a feather, flock together" process.
His theory has been confirmed and supported through many years of professional study and independent research.
