As an additional service to assist you and your employees, we offer coaching services. The process of coaching moves people through a process that involves taking responsibility for their behaviors, focusing on what matters to them in the work that they do, and building the networks they need to succeed as professionals.  The steps typically involve:

  • Identifying the gaps between current behaviors and the desired behaviors
  • Setting goals and a timeline for improvement
  • Assessing the resources and the liabilities that can build or hinder success
  • Building an action plan with benchmarks that will take the employee through the course of coaching.

Cost: Delivering our services over the Internet and over the phone makes coaching a very affordable service. Three months of executive coaching & leadership development available by phone includes all assessment and supervisory consultations.  The program will be customized for each employee.  You should budget about 1/3 the cost of an in-person program.  Our staff holds advanced degrees in career development and related areas, as well as national career certification - please call for details!
