Stress: What can you do about it?
	The world is a complex place and when it seems as though we make no difference, remember the butterfly. Scientists that study the weather observe that tine changes in wind currents can percipitate changes in whole systems, hence the flapping of a butterfly's wings in China can cause a cyclone in Texas. Large efforts during periods of desperation, however hold less promise for change than small adjustments, pursued continuously, over time. What does this mean for you? If you believe that you have the power within you to create your destiny, you can use what you are learning to start paying attention to your patterns and make changes that will lead you to a different quality of life. As Phil McGraw, life strategist says, "If you continue to do what you've always done, you will continue to have what you've always had. If you do different, you will have different".
